I found the interactive screen easy to use. It really streamlined everything. The location was REALLY convenient for accessing the Swiss transport system. I also appreciated the tasty cafe just across the road. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were always available when I needed assistance.
I noticed there was no tea or coffee making facility in my room.

Self check-in was smooth, with kind staff ready with support and welcome drinks. The beds had utmost comfort, a great experience after a long journey. A buffet breakfast in the open bar and lounge gave me such needed moments of peace.
The room lacked adequate sound insulation, and noise from nearby establishments disturbed sleep. I found this inconvenience impacted my rest and overall stay.

The room had a modern design. The size was good. Someone assisted me with check-in on their computer. There were umbrellas and adaptors available to borrow.
The room was REALLY small for two people. One person had to climb over the other to get out of bed. The vanity area was tiny. The light was too dim.

The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. I complained, and staff advised me that there was no real air conditioning. The system just moved air around the building. The bed was hard against the wall on one side. I had to climb over it. Light settings were poor because I could not separate the bathroom from the room. Everything was controlled via an iPad, and there were no individual switches.
